Return Process

  Contact our Customer Excellence team through our online portal or by phone with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality and safety guidelines, then provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our facility receives and inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
